This letter is to inform you that Barry Gordon, MD and the staff of Urologic Consultants will cease to provide urologic care at our current office location and will no longer be affiliated with Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers effective May 31, 2024.

Dr. Gordon and his staff will be joining East Valley Urology Center effective early June 2024. It is our expectation that this affiliation will provide additional resources to optimize your management and allow us to continue to provide urologic care going forward.

The continuity of your care is important. If you choose to continue your urology care with Dr. Gordon, you will need to contact East Valley Urology Center at 480.219.1010 to schedule an appointment. EVU Center has two office locations in the East Valley. The office addresses and locations as well as additional information about the practice can be found at www.evucenter.com.

If you will be transferring your urology care to a different urologist, you can obtain a copy of your medical records on the Urologic Consultants portal or the information can be requested by your new urologist once you establish. If you need assistance in establishing with a new urologist, you will want to contact your primary care provider or health insurance provider to identify a urologist contracted with your healthcare plan.
